Apples of Gold is a program designed to connect young women with experienced female mentors who can provide friendship, wisdom, and encouragement in a relaxed informal setting. Each session begins with a Welcome Coffee, followed by 6 weekly meetings which include a Bible lesson (based on Titus 2:3-5), a fun cooking lesson, and an enjoyable time of food and fellowship, concluding with a Celebration Evening. The Fall 2007 Session meets on Tuesday nights, 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. beginning September 11 and concludes with the Celebration Evening on Oct. 27. The Spring 2008 Session runs from March 11 through May 3.
