111th Campus Home Meetings - The Compass ChurchVolunteer TRACK
At The Compass, we believe God has shaped each of us with our own unique skills and gifts. God wants us to use those gifts to serve Him! So we believe it’s our role to make sure you have a place to stretch out and run with those gifts as an act of worship to God. We are committed to helping you identify the gifts God has given you and how you can use them through a volunteer role.

We call it TRACK and here’s how it works:

  1. We’ll set up a short time to get to know you. We’ll recommend several areas where you could volunteer, given your unique gifts and schedule. We have opportunities across the church for you to plug into, from Children’s to Students to Adults.
  2. After you choose a place to serve, we will provide the training you need to feel confident and comfortable in your new role.
  3. Once you have hit your stride serving, we will check back in with you to assess if your new role is a good fit for you or if you want to stretch your legs a little and try something else.

Now is your chance to make a difference in other’s lives, to build community with those you serve alongside of and - most of all - to give back to God a portion of what He has so generously given you. Interested? Get on TRACK today with our easy, online form. We will be in touch with you shortly to jump start your volunteer experience! (Our online forms work best in Mozilla Firefox.)

Questions? Email Diana Waldron, TRACK Coordinator.
