EFCN believes the Bible instructs us to select godly men from the congregation to lead the church, called Elders. The Pastoral and Directoral staff oversee all of the day-to-day ministries of the church, while the Elders act as an elected group designed to guide the vision and values of the church; to keep the church focused forward on its mission and vision.
