The Compass Church believes the Bible instructs us to select godly men from the congregation to lead the church, called Elders. The Pastoral and Directoral staff oversee all of the day-to-day ministries of the church, while the Elders act as an elected group designed to guide the vision and values of the church; to keep the church focused forward on its mission and vision.
